Man, I'm pissed

Sometimes I swear the Universe must hate me, but I'm not sure what I ever did to piss off the Universe.
Talk about having one hell of an enemy. (do I call the Universe he, she, or it? or them? or something else? what is the proper pronoun for the personification of something so vast?.......my mind is strange sometimes, I have no idea where that came from). Anyways back to my rant. I want to go get my drivers license, but I keep getting curve balls thrown at me. I was planning to go take the written last Friday so I can get the learner's permit, but when my dad and me were on the way, we got a call from my brother saying that the fire department was at one of the houses my dad rents out. Of course we dropped what we were doing and rushed right to it. Luckily, it wasn't the house itself that was on fire. But the moron my dad had rented the house to was burning trash IN THE WELL!!!! How stupid do you have to be?? Well = Water, not Fire. It's not that hard to figure out! So the fire people said since this was the first time it happened, we wouldn't get in trouble. But if this a-hole does something stupid like this again, there'd be a ticket. I'm not sure if the guy would get it or my dad, since he's the landlord. They hold the landlord liable
for EVERYTHING. That's why my dad doesn't allow pit bulls, cuz if the dog hurt or killed someone, noone's gonna go after the owner, they'd fry the landlord. So we had to stay and babysit the fire & wait for it t go out b/c the people had ran away when the truck came up.
SO there went that day.
So I was going to go down to get take the test today, but I can't find my damn wallet, and I can't take the test without two forms of ID, both of which are.....wait for it....the supence is rising.....my wallet!! surprise, surprise.
I decided since I was bored and there was nothing to do, that I would reread Lord of the Rings, but I can't find the Fellowship of the Ring, only the last two books. That one's just a minor annoyance (I guess) but it's just like everything's kinda snowballing at the moment...
BUT I finelly got my soundcard fixed, so I can listen to music again! Before I had to play it on my dad's CD player, and since i'm in his office right now, I had to pick "apporate" music, and play it softly. But now I've got my headphones on and can listen to wahtever the heck I want, as loud as I want!!
So I guess things aren't all bad. Music always makes me feel better, no matter how bad my problem is. I can already feel the tension melting from my body. I am in a much less foul mood then when I started this post.
